The most crucial game of the last round was a loss of LithuanianRytas in Vilnius on Tuesday night. Hosts were defeated by Turkish Galatasaray 89-85 . 24 personal fouls committed by Rytas helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. American guard Errick McCollum (188-1988, college: Goshen) orchestrated the victory by scoring 24 points. The other American import Fabian White Jr (202-1998, college: Houston) contributed with a double-double by scoring 13 points and 14 rebounds for the winners. American-Polish point guard Jerrick Harding (185-1998, college: Weber St.) replied with 28 points and 4 assists and American point guard Kenneth Smith (191-1993, college: La Tech) added 18 points and 7 assists in the effort for Rytas. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game.
